There are no introductions to this deliciously tasting Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream. Its dairy free and full of flavour. Give it a try and let me know how you get on.
- 4 Ripe Bananas
- 2 tbsp Raw Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Agave Syrup
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Raw Cocoa Nibs
- Peel the ripe bananas and roughly slice.
- Place the banana, Cocoa Powder, Agave Syrup and Maple Syrup in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth
- Place in a freezer friendly container and mix in the raw Cocoa Nibs.
- Freeze until completely hard
