Kale Crisps make the perfect mid afternoon snack. Kale is rich in vitamin C A K, iron, high in calcuim, kale is a powerful antioxidant and is a great anti-inflammatory properties. So give it a go today.
1 cup Fresh Kale, chopped (80g)
2 pumps of spray oil
2 pinches of Sea Salt, ground
2 pinches of Paprika
Preheat your oven to gas mark 6/220c
Wash the kale and blot dry with kitchen paper
Remove all the thick stems with a knife
Lay the kale on a baking tray and spray olive oil – Use olive oil sparingly
Sprinkle ground sea-salt and paprika
Bake for between 10-15 minutes, until the edges are brown. Personally I think 12 minutes is the optimum time & delivers the perfect crunch.
