Spider Sandwiches by Claire Freedman & Sue Hendra

Do you know what monsters eat? Meet Max, he has a monster appetite and loves the yuckiest, muckiest food there is. From slimed-ell noddles to scrummy lice rice and even crunchy cockroach curry but his ultimate is Spider Sandwiches. He cannot get enough ‘he eats their heads and sticky webs, but saves their legs for last‘.

Spider Sandwiches is imaginative and fun and brilliantly illustrated. Its tongue twisting rhymes captivated Finn and Livvy from the very beginning.
